CEO & Founder
Olga has 20 years of financial services experience and has been instrumental in helping organization leaders with their operations in industries that include: healthcare, education, construction, government. Olga has served as an investment fiduciary and led retirement plan advisory practices; and, together with third party administrators has been able to advise on innovative payroll services, human resources, and insurance solutions to numerous organizations, which has led to simplifying processes, reduction in paperwork, and increased efficiencies.
Olga has assisted committed employers to properly service and prepare today's culturally diverse workforce, in addition
to helping employers protect their organization’s assets.
Olga is nationally recognized for her innovative work as a financial advisor. Olga was recently selected to Diversity MBA’s eleventh annual list of Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders for 2017, and was named among the 2017 50 Most Influential Latino Leaders in Chicago by Negocios Now Business Newspaper.

Juan Carlos has 27 years of financial services experience providing financial advice and solutions to businesses and nonprofits.
Juan Carlos serves as Board Emeritus for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), Negocios Now 2017 “Who’s Who in Hispanic Chicago”, Trustee for the Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation (ILCHF) and a trustee for National Louis University. He formerly served as Trustee for the Policeman's Annuity & Benefit Fund of Chicago. He received his bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and his masters in business administration degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
